Lavender water is one of those simple products that make a big difference in the home. Adding lavender water in the last rinse of the clothes in provides it with a delicious aroma. You can also use it by spraying it on clothes before ironing them.

It can also be used in the water of washing bathrooms, kitchens, floors and surfaces, so that the house is smelling really clean.

Another of its functions is to eliminate stress, anxiety and insomnia. To do this, you can spray it lightly on your bedding. Another possibility is to have the lavender water in a sprinkler, so that you use it as an air freshener. This is especially useful before bedtime, as it will make its delicate fragrance accompany you and help you relax and sleep well. You can also do this before you meditate, so that it helps you concentrate.

This is the simplest recipe. In that case you will need approximately 85 ml of distilled water, 25 ml of vodka and 10 drops of lavender essential oil.

Put the ingredients in the glass container, cover it well and shake it until everything is mixed. If the atomizer has a narrow neck, use the funnel to help you pour the lavender water into the atomizer.

It is best to prepare small quantities so that it is always fresh. In addition, another option is to put it in the fridge and so it will always be in good condition.

Lavender water made with flowers does not have the same aroma as that used by essential oil, however it is more ecological because you only use natural elements.

In this case you will need 1 bunch of lavender stems (they can be dry or frecos) and half a cup of water.

First you need to remove the lavender flowers from the stem. To do this you can squeeze with your index fingers and thumb the stem and go detaching the flowers. At the end you will have about 2 tablespoons of lavender flowers that you can place in a glass container.

In the meantime, bring the water to a boil. Once it boils, pour it over the lavender flowers. Let it soak, preferably covered with a cloth, for about 10 hours.

Once the water is cold, pass it through the strainer and then transfer it to the sprinkler.
