How to put on makeup with concealers

It seems not, but using the concealer perfectly is not so simple.

We have seen many videos on how to use them and we always stay with that pink tip pencil or that creamy bar that we apply in points on the line of dark circles and bags, which we then extend with a sponge.

There is a simpler way to put on makeup with concealer and look great.

1 What do we need
  • Liquid concealer, a lighter tone than your skin. Look for one that has a brush applicator, such as lip gloss.
  • Sponge or your own fingers.

We take out the brush and from the inner end of the eye, at the height of the tear, we draw a line that goes down, in the form of an arc. As if we were walking the line of dark circles. Make three fine lines, in both eyes, creating a kind of triangle.

To give more clarity to your gaze and fill it with light, direct the brush to the area of the crow’s feet and at the height of the tear, draw three short and thin lines from the inside out.

Try not to throw too much out of this product. It is a corrector, not a base.

If you have many marks, any scars or sun spots, apply the concealer on top, so that it hardly rubs it. A tiny drop will be able to cover it. Do not worry if you see that it is covered little, because when we extend it and fix it, it will be another world.

If the marks you want to hide are smaller, do not use the corrective liquid, use a pencil for this purpose.

Using your fingers or a sponge, follow the same path you traveled with the brush, without pressing too hard, from the inside out, following the natural curvature of the area under the eye. The same with the outer face, where the wrinkles are.

Spread well, until it has melted well with your skin. Just by seeing the result of how it has spread well, you will be more than happy, because your face will be much more illuminated.

Being a liquid concealer, I do not advise a liquid or creamy base, because it will overload your face and you will not be able to breathe very well. My advice, a base of loose powders, which you can easily apply with a few light brushstrokes. The same tone of your skin or half a lighter tone, so you do not have to be retouching the cuts that occur on the face with makeup. Nothing darker. Apply it lightly, so that it is as natural as possible.

That’s how simple the concealer is applied. You do not have to go around struggling with a sponge so that it spreads well in the parts you need, throw you back because it does not reach you or because under your eyes you can see that you have a concealer. Just look for the right liquid and know an easy way to apply it.
