Yogurt is one of the most natural and oldest products. It is assumed that the Thracians converted milk into yogurt in 6000 BC. Yogurt has always been considered a wonder to prevent aging, since the bacteria that produce the fermentation of milk and its transformation into yogurt, are also those that neutralize toxins and have a purifying effect on the body.

To achieve this effect, yogurt should be made only with Bulgarian bacilli, which are the ones that produce the cleansing effect of the body. Of course, as yogurt is an agent to eliminate impurities, it will have a magnificent effect on the skin, since it purifies the body, which is immediately noticeable in our complexion.

For many reasons you should eat a yogurt every day. Be careful that it is the real yogurt made with Bulgarian bacilli. If you are not sure, in any natural products store you will find the bacilli and it will be very easy for you to prepare your own yogurt. That way, in addition, you will control the amount of sugar, you can make them with honey or fruits so that they are much healthier.

Yogurt will not only improve your skin, but also satisfy hunger, so you will not be tempted to eat cake or chips. It also facilitates digestion, provides proteins, vitamins and minerals; helps regenerate the intestinal flora, improves bowel movements. By having a cleaner body inside, that will be seen immediately on your skin that will also be clearer and brighter.

A very healthy way to exfoliate your skin without subjecting it to any type of friction is to apply yogurt. Lactic acid descales dead cells and cleans without attacking. To do this, take yogurt, either homemade or commercial, always without sugar or added and apply it on your face for 10 minutes. Afterwards, rinse well with water and you will notice that your skin is very clean. Another option is to take 2 ripe strawberries and a tablespoon of yogurt, crush this in the blender until it forms a cream. Put it on your face for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Your skin is already exfoliated, but every day you put on makeup and go outside, so you return to the night with your skin covered with impurities. For this, a cleansing milk made with yogurt and orange is great. For her you need 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed orange juice. Mix them carefully and then apply this cleansing milk to the skin in a gentle motion. Remove with cotton and then rinse with cold water.

If you want to remove blackheads, mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt with 1 teaspoon of lemon. Apply it to your face for 15 minutes. Then rinse carefully. Remember that lemon should be removed well, because if it receives sun it can stain your skin. By doing this for several weeks, you will completely remove the blackheads.

Many times your skin needs to be revitalized. With these yogurt masks you will achieve it easily.

If you have oily skin, you may need an astringent mask. To do this, take half a green apple, 1 ripe strawberry and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Pass it through the blender until a smooth mixture is left. Apply it to your face for 15 minutes and then rinse.

If you want to revitalize your skin, take half a peeled small cucumber and 2 tablespoons of yogurt, crush it in the blender and put it on face and neck for 15 minutes. Remove with plenty of cold water. Your pores will shrink immediately.

To nourish the skin, you need 1 tablespoon of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix them, put on the skin for 15 minutes. Rinse carefully. You will be amazed at the softness of your complexion.

If you prefer to regenerate your skin, take half a ripe avocado, 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Blend it and put on the face for 15 minutes. Remove with cold water. You will notice that wrinkles decrease.

If you committed the unforgivable sin of sunbathing without proper protection, your skin should be dry and red. Take half a jar of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (preferably olive) and half a ripe banana. Crush the banana with the other ingredients until you have a paste. Apply to all reddened areas of skin. Wait 15 minutes and then take a cold shower.

If your skin is very sensitive and irritated. Take 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of cornmeal and mix them, apply it on the skin for 15 minutes and then rinse with cold water.
